Shipping & Returns
- We strive to deliver products purchased from zonkebold.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
- Free Shipping is applicable on all prepaid orders above ₹500/-. A shipping charge of ₹100/- will apply on orders below ₹500/-.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- All packages are dispatched in tamper-proof bags. Please check the package before accepting delivery to ensure it has not been tampered with.
- Delivery Time: 3 to 7 working days (excluding Sundays and local holidays).

- Our courier service will attempt to deliver the order twice to your address. If undelivered, the package will be returned to our head office in Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Upon receiving the returned package, we will attempt to contact you via phone and email. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be considered terminated, and no refund will be issued after 30 days of termination.

• Duties and taxes applicable in your country must be paid directly to the shipping agency upon delivery.
